End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, and/or handling the digital typeface software (the font, font software) created by Lorenzo Martinez, you hereby accept the terms of this agreement.

You are granted one (1) non-exclusive license per user to use the font for personal and non-commercial purposes, free of charge.
Except for your right to use the font, all other rights are owned and retained by Lorenzo Martinez
If you wish to share the font freebie, redirect to the original download link instead of hosting it as a separate downloadable file on your own server/website.
Modification and conversion of the font in any font program in any circumstances are not allowed. Font modification requests may be communicated to Lorenzo Gabriel Martinez and may involve obtaining an additional license.
You may not sell, give away, or further distribute any version of the font or any derivative works based on the font without Lorenzo Gabriel Martinez's permission.
The font software is provided "as is," without a warranty of any kind. Lorenzo Gabriel Martinez will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the font.
You are not allowed to use it for any apps, servers, or games. A separate App License is needed for this purpose.
You are not allowed to use it any TV commercial. A separate Broadcast License is needed for this purpose.
You are not allowed to use it any website or page. A separate Web License is needed for this purpose.
You are not allowed to use it any visual identity neither for a designer or a client. A separate Logo Making License is needed for this purpose.
This license agreement is subject to change anytime without any prior consent or notice.
