End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, and/or handling the digital typeface software (the font, font software) created by Lorenzo Martinez, you hereby accept the terms of this agreement.

You understand that the font is the property of Lorenzo Martinez and what you are purchasing is the license to use the font as outlined in this agreement, not the owner of the font software nor the copyright to the design or any other part of the font. Except for your right to use the font, all other rights are owned and retained by Lorenzo Martinez
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the font on a maximum of two (2) workstations/CPUs that belong to you or your organization at a single geographical location.
You may secure a backup copy of the font for your own archival purposes.
You are allowed to use the font under the desktop license to create images for personal, commercial, and non-commercial purposes on surfaces such as paper and printed material, computer screens and billboards, T-shirts and textiles, or any other surface where the image is a fixed size. Use for text in videos and motion graphics are also allowed.
You may use the font online only as pre-made flattened images (such as .JPG, .PNG, or .GIF), and not as live/dynamic/selectable text on websites (which requires a separate Web License).
You may embed the font into any document you send to third parties as long as such documents may only be viewed and printed, but not edited, by the recipients.
You may supply a copy of the font to a printing service or prepress bureau, if necessary, to be used solely for the production of your project, provided that they remove the font from their systems after the job's completion.
Modification and conversion of the font in any circumstances are not allowed. Font modification requests may be communicated to Lorenzo Gabriel Martinez and may involve obtaining an additional license.
You may not sell, give away, or further distribute any version of the font or any derivative works based on the font. You also agree to take all reasonable steps to protect the font against unauthorized access and use.
You may not sell, give away, or further distribute any version of the font or any derivative works based on the font without Lorenzo Gabriel Martinez's permission.
The font software is provided "as is," without a warranty of any kind. Lorenzo Gabriel Martinez will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the font.
You are not allowed to use it for any apps, servers or games. A separate App License is needed for this purpose.
You are not allowed to use it for any video in any TV advertisement, Cinema Advertising, or any moving digital ads. A separate Broadcast License is needed for this purpose.
You are not allowed to use it on any website or page. A separate Web License is needed for this purpose.
You are not allowed to use it in any visual identity neither for a designer or a client. A separate Logo Making License is needed for this purpose.
This license agreement is subject to change anytime without any prior consent or notice.
